Wilson National Property specialises in the sale of new property suited to the investor buyer, for example 'off the plan' sales or ready to occupy developers stock. And the Wilson National Property team is lead by G2 Manager Sharee Glaser who has over 12 years experience in the industry.

How Wilson National Property works

If you are thinking of securing your future investments in property, make an appointment to see one of our consultants. At the appointment we learn about where you are now and importantly where you want to be in the future.

We then create a property investment strategy for you, and select properties which fit with in this strategy - this is important, because it reduces the risk of becoming emotional about property investment and reducing the risk of selecting a property that is not going to suit your portfolio.

Once a suitable property is found, we can assist you to arrange your finance with the help of our in-house mortgage broker or you are welcome to use an institution of your choice, if it is required, so you can move to expanding your property portfolio with a minimum of fuss.
