A Mortgage Manager or Non Bank is a home loan provider, who facilitates a range of mortgage products and arranges for approval and funding of the loans. Loans are funded by a process called securitisation. The mortgage manager will have access to a mortgage funder who issues bonds to large investors to arrange a pool of funds that are then made available for funding of mortgages.

The mortgage manager is also responsible for the service of the loan for its entirety. The Mortgage Manager provides back up service, internet banking and maintenance of the account such as loans statements and adjustments.

Am I eligible for a Wilson National home loan?

Provided you are over 18 years of age and can meet our lending guidelines, anyone can apply for a Wilson National home loan. Wilson National also offers a Non Resident loan to foreign residents who do not have permanent residency status in Australia and Australians living and working overseas. We can also assist clients who have little or no deposit of have a tarnished credit listing.

How much can I borrow?

Can I split my loan?

Yes, you can have up to four splits on all of our home loan products at no extra cost.

I'm self employed. Can I borrow from Wilson National?

Yes. If you are able to provide your last 2 years financial and business tax returns and meet our normal income and lending criteria you may qualify for our Standard range of products. However if you are unable to provide current taxation returns you may qualify with our Low Doc range of products, these are designed for self employed people. All you need to support your application is a signed declaration stating your income and the ability to make your repayments.
